Curriculum
Our Curriculum is based on two areas of learning, 'Birth to Three Matters' for the under 3's and 'The Foundation Stage' for the pre-school children.
Birth to Three Matters
Birth to Three Matter identifies four key aspects, which celebrate the skills and competence of babies and young children.
The four aspects are:
- A Strong Child
- A Skilful Communicator
- A Competent Learner
- A Healthy Child
The Foundation Stage
The Foundation Stage consists of 6 curriculum areas, each split into its own Early Learning Goals. These areas are:
- Mathematical Development
- Communication, Language and Literacy
- Creative Development
- Physical Development
- Personal, Social and Emotional Development
- Knowledge and Understanding of the World

Extra Curricular Activities
We offer Music and drama lessons to the children aged 3yrs - Pre school children. This is at an extra cost as it is run by a private company on a weekly basis and is held in the nursery,this is optional. This has been running for 4yrs and is a great success with the children.
We also offer French to our 4yrs to give them a head start in school. This also take part within the nursery but is run by a private company and there is a cost per term.
