Fees
How much do we pay and when are fees due?
All fees are payable monthly in advance. A fee sheet is provided each month for your records. Fees must be paid promptly on the first of the month or a late fee is charged. Where the first falls on a weekend we prefer that fees be paid on the Friday before the weekend. If you would prefer to pay by direct debit, please speak to Management. Fees, which remain unpaid or are paid constantly late, may result in your child's place being allocated to another child.
Children under two years,full week
£200 per full week and £46.50 per day
Children over two years, full week
£180 per full week and £41.50 per day
Calculation of fees:
All fees are calculated based on 52 weeks of the year.
Example:
Full time fees for over 2yrs = Weekly fee x 52 weeks divided by 12 months.
= £145.00 x 52 = £7540 divided by 12 = £628.33 per month. Fees can be paid in cash, cheque or by direct debit. Full fees will be charged 52 weeks of the year. If you accept our offer of a place, we will require a deposit of £100.00. This will secure your child's place and is refundable with one month's notification of your child leaving. However, no refund will be made should you decide not to take the place unless 2months notice is given.
Fee increase from 1st April 2008
I would like to inform you that as from the 1st of April 2006 there will be a fee increase which will cover the whole nursery. I understand that any fee increase is difficult for parents and I feel that you all should be informed with as much notice as possible in advance of any increase. This is why I am giving 8 months notice of intent, which should allow you to look at your finances or make alternative arrangements if you need to.
The fee increase is £1.00 per day
The new fee scale will be:
Children/Babies under two years £200 per full week or £46.50 per day.
Monthly fees will be:
Full Time £866.66
Four days £806.00
Three days £604.50
Two days £403.00
Children aged two years and above new fees will be: £180.00 per week or £41.50 per day
Monthly fees will be:
Full Time £780.00
Four days £719.33
Three days £539.50
Two days £359.66
The increased revenue will be spent on the staff, the premises, restocking and making sure the nursery offers your children a safe and stimulating environment and also the ever increasing bills and running costs.
If you have working Family Tax Credit forms to be filled in for the coming year we will put the new prices on them well in advance in order to make sure there is no delay in your claim.
