Session Times
Hours of opening
- Full time and full day sessions
- 8.00 am - 6.00 pm.
There is a late fee payable after 6.00 pm of £5.00 per 15 minutes which is given directly to the staff who stay behind to care for your child, this is for emergency use only e.g. delays on the trains, the underground or on the roads. We would very much appreciate a telephone call to let us know you will be late. After 6.15 pm the charge increases to £5.00 for every 5 minutes that you are late.
Dropping off/picking up
Please ensure you settle your child in the mornings with the nursery staff and always let us know if someone different will be collecting your child. We will require a brief description.
A password or photograph. We will not release your child to any unauthorised person not known to us. Please can you ensure you switch off your mobile phones and check that you have closed all the gates and doors behind you.
