Tidy away, nappy time, bottles and mid-morning snack.

Physical play - qtnnels, rockers, push alongs, balls, skittles etc.

Tidy away equipment.
Feed babies their lunch, wash hands and faces.

Clear away after lunch. Settle babies for their sleep.

Pre-school Daily Routine
8.00 - 8.45am
Good morning children! We start the day with children's choice free play and breakfast where you can choose from different cereals.
8.45 - 9.00
We clean the tables and put away our free play equipment
9.00 - 9.30
We sing a good morning song. We enjoy our circle and song time and we take our register.
9.30 - 10.45
Our teachers have set out the tables in the construction area, maths area, the malleable area, computer area, mark making area, role-play area and the sand and water. We choose the areas we want to play in, some of us help our teachers to set up the room following the activity planner.
Garden time also takes place for us to enjoy physical free play using large apparatus, bikes etc. We also play games such as Mr Bear and What's the time Mr Wolf.
10.45 - 11.20
We all prepare for our group time planned activity
11.20 - 12.15
Time for staff and children to clean up and wash tables and hands for lunchtime. We are hungry now and ready for lunch. We all help to serve our lunch and clean up afterwards
12.15 - 12.30
Now it's time for us to have a little relax after our lunch and rest our eyes if we wish to

Time for our planned topic activities in set areas (see our planning sheets which are on display)
