Weekly Planning
The pre-school staff plan their topics to run for 3 months, this is so they have enough time to cover everything and to repeat any activities the children have enjoyed doing the most.
Our planning covers the 6 early learning goals and the stepping-stones. These are used for guidance for the children's development. It gives the staff guidance for what the children's different stages of developments are.
The staff can then plan activities around the stepping-stones to help the children develop in the different areas.
